1. Professionalism is expected from our parents. We will only conduct business with the enrolling parents who sign the application for the student(s).(Required)

2. Parent Involvement is a requirement for enrollment at Creative Home Academy and Preschool, LLC.(Required)

3. Fees and Payments are due for enrollment at Creative Home Academy and Preschool, LLC. Fees are due every week on Friday but no later than Monday at drop off(approved methods only).Tuition payments are due before services are rendered. Application/Registration Fees are due before enrollment. Curriculum Fees are due 30 days after enrollment. Supplies(1 years old and up) are due in 30 days from enrollment date. Any other fees are due per fee schedule.(Required)

4. Behavior policy explain we expect parents to assist us with behavior. Students enrolled at Creative Home Academy and Preschool, LLC, may not physically or threatened touch any educators, administrative staff under any circumstances.(Required)

5. Emergency Contact must be updated ASAP if anything changes for students.(Required)

6. Food Program: Students must arrive by 8:30 to be serve breakfast. Class starts at 9:00am.(Required)

7. DHS certificates must be current to have services rendered. Please have your DHS QR CODE or PIN by 10 days for Kiosk check ins and outs.(Required)

8. Inclement Weather policy, we try to follow SCS closing schedule but have the right to close or remain open at our discretion. Parents will be notified immediately.(Required)

9. Attendance policy, students are expected to stay on a daily routine schedule for enrollment. If you have an absence, please notify the school as soon as possible.(Required)

10. Medication administered are rescue inhalers, epi pens and anything OTC to save a child’s life in the event of an emergency.(Required)

11. Zero Tolerance Policy is strictly enforced for the safety of students and team members.(Required)

13. Holiday closings are listed in advance on the monthly calendar. May be subjected to changed.(Required)
